What we do with what you send

This site is a static set of pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and builds no profile of you. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts that service when a page loads.

Reports you send us

When you write to contact@fairelection.in, we receive your address, your message, and anything you attach. We keep reports so that a pattern across several messages can be seen.

• We do not sell or trade what you send.
• We never publish a student's name without written permission.
• We do not contact your college, department, or university about you unless you explicitly ask us to.
• You may ask us to delete your message. Write from the same address.

If you are a student worried about reprisal

Ordinary email is not confidential, and a college address may not be private to you. Write from a personal address, send only the facts needed to explain what happened, and say in the message that you do not want to be identified. We will treat that as binding.

Photographs on this site

Campus photographs come from Wikimedia Commons under CC BY-SA licences. Polling process photographs come from Government of India and Election Commission of India collections under the Government Open Data Licence — India. They illustrate process only. No person shown endorses this site or is connected to any complaint described here.
